Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride or using any services provided by MVP Rides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

MVP Rides provides luxury chauffeur and transportation services including executive transport, airport transfers, VIP event transportation, hourly chauffeur service, long-distance travel, and medical transport. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

Booking and Cancellation

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone at (941) 999-8887, or through our corporate booking portal. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and any behavior that endangers the safety of the chauffeur or other passengers is strictly prohibited. MVP Rides reserves the right to terminate a trip for violations of this policy.

Liability

MVP Rides maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles in our fleet. While we strive to provide on-time service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the service in question.

Pricing

Rates are provided at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle type, distance, time of service, and special requirements. Tolls, parking fees, and gratuities are additional unless otherwise specified. Corporate accounts may be eligible for negotiated rates.
